Open My Assignments
Select My Assignments from the main sidebar. The page loads with all documents currently assigned to your user account, most recent first. Each row shows the document at a glance:Find a specific document
Use the search bar at the top of the list to search by document number, customer, employee, or note. Results filter as you type.Filter the list
Four filters sit directly below the search bar. Combine them to narrow the queue.1
Document
Limit the list to a single document type: Orders, Quotations, or RFQs. Leave set to All to see everything.

Branch
Show assignments from one branch only. Useful if you work across multiple locations.

Status
Filter by workflow status, such as Draft, On Hold, or Completed, to focus on what still needs action.

Date range
Pick a date range to see only documents assigned within that window.
Open and work on an assignment
Select any row to open the full document. From there you can continue the workflow the same way you would from the Sales, Bookings, or Procurement modules: edit line items, change status, add notes, or hand off to a colleague. When you update a document, the row in My Assignments reflects the new status the next time the list refreshes.What appears here
Orders
Sales orders where you are the assigned employee.
Quotations
Quotations you are responsible for preparing or following up on.
RFQs
Requests for quotation routed to you in Procurement.
You only see documents assigned to your user account. Managers who need a full view across the team should use the Sales, Bookings, and Procurement modules directly.
