The Zentrix Cloud Home screen is your daily command center. It surfaces the numbers and tasks that matter most right now so you can start work without hunting through modules.

Widgets on the Home screen

Each widget pulls live data from the connected modules. Because Zentrix Cloud shares one dataset, a POS sale made five minutes ago will already appear in your sales widget and have updated Products stock and Accounting takings.

Sales today

Shows revenue, transaction count, and average basket value for the current day. Tap to open the Sales module for detail.

Orders

Lists open and recent orders. Use this to spot orders that need packing or dispatch.

Bookings

Displays today’s appointments and service slots. A count of unconfirmed or upcoming bookings appears as a badge.

Tasks

Surfaces assignments linked to you, such as bookings to fulfil or purchase orders to receive. Tap to jump to My Assignments.

Quick actions

Below the widgets you will find shortcuts to common tasks. The exact labels may vary by branch and role, but typical options include:
  • Start a new sale
  • Create a booking
  • Add a product
  • Receive stock
  • Send a message
If you manage multiple branches, check the branch selector at the top of the page. Each branch has its own stock and staff, and the Home screen updates to show that branch’s snapshot. Consolidated reports roll up across branches in Analytics.

Refresh and date range

The Home screen refreshes automatically. If you want to check yesterday’s performance, use the date picker near the top of the page. The widgets will recalculate for the chosen range.
