Your Zentrix Cloud subscription is billed in advance on your recurring billing date. You can view invoices, update your payment method, and manage your plan from Settings > Billing in your dashboard.

Your Subscription

Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period. To see your current plan and next billing date, go to Settings > Billing > Plan. If you need to change your plan, you can do so from the same page.

Invoices

All invoices are available in Settings > Billing > Invoices. Zentrix Cloud also sends every invoice to your primary account email address so you always have a copy on hand for your records.

Payment Method

Add or update your payment method from Settings > Billing > Payment Method. You must maintain a valid payment method to keep your account active and avoid any interruption to your service.
Failing to maintain a valid payment method may result in service interruption. Update your payment details promptly if your card expires or changes.

Domains

If you purchased a domain through Zentrix Cloud, it renews automatically while your account is active. If you do not want your domain to renew automatically, turn off auto-renewal from Settings > Billing > Domains before your renewal date.

Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting Zentrix Cloud Support. Any fees outstanding at the time of cancellation remain payable. No refunds are issued except as required by applicable law.
