Branch Setup
Each physical retail location is represented as a Branch in your Zentrix Cloud account:- Go to Settings > Branches in your dashboard and click Add Branch.
- Enter the branch name, address, and contact details.
- Assign counters to the branch — each POS counter belongs to exactly one branch.
- Assign staff — link your team members to the branch so they can access the correct counters.
- Allocate stock — assign inventory to the branch so its POS counters draw from the correct stock pool.
Real-Time Inventory Sync
Every sale made at any counter updates your stock levels instantly. You never need to manually reconcile inventory across locations:- When a sale is completed, the branch’s stock level decreases in real time.
- The dashboard shows per-branch stock as well as a total consolidated view across all branches.
- Low-stock alerts can be set per branch so you know when to reorder before a location runs out.
Sales Reporting by Branch
Zentrix Cloud gives you granular visibility into how each location is performing:- Open the Reports section and filter by branch, counter, or date range.
- Compare revenue, transaction volume, and average order value across locations side by side.
- Export reports in standard formats for use in your accounting or business intelligence tools.
Staff and Access
Staff permissions in Zentrix Cloud POS follow a clear, branch-level model:- Staff accounts are assigned to one or more specific branches. A staff member only sees and accesses the counters in their assigned branches.
- Managers can view sales data, manage counters, and update products for their assigned branches.
- The account owner has full access to all branches, counters, reports, and settings across the entire account.
Store-Pickup Routing
When a customer places an order through your online store and selects store pickup, Zentrix Cloud routes the fulfilment to the correct branch automatically:- The customer selects their preferred pickup location during checkout.
- The order appears in the Orders queue for the assigned branch, ready for your staff to prepare and confirm.
- Staff at that branch mark the order as ready for collection, triggering an automatic notification to the customer.
- When the customer arrives, they confirm pickup at the counter and the order is closed.
Store-pickup orders placed through your online store are automatically assigned to the branch the customer chose — your staff see only the orders relevant to their location.
