Zentrix Cloud supports multiple payment methods across your POS counters and online checkout, so your customers can always pay the way they prefer. Most methods are available as soon as Zenso is active on your account. Third-party providers can be connected separately through the Integrations catalogue.
Payment method availability may vary by region. Not all methods listed below may be available in your country or territory.

Payment Methods

Accept Visa and Mastercard at your POS counters and through your online checkout. Card payments are enabled by default as soon as Zenso is active on your account — no additional configuration is required to get started.Supported card interactions:
  • Tap — contactless NFC payments
  • Swipe — magnetic stripe cards
  • Insert — chip and PIN cards
  • Manual entry — card number entered at online checkout
Card payments work on all counters linked to your Zentrix Cloud account. Settlement follows your configured Zenso settlement schedule.
Display a QR code at your POS terminal or on your online checkout page. Customers scan the code using their banking app and confirm the payment amount on their own device. No card terminal or physical card is required.QR payments are ideal for:
  • Contactless counter setups where you want to minimise hardware
  • Markets or pop-up locations where a full POS terminal is not practical
  • Online checkout as an alternative to card entry
The QR code is dynamically generated per transaction, so each code is unique to that payment amount and session.
Customers transfer funds directly from their bank account to complete a purchase. Zentrix Cloud receives immediate confirmation once the transfer clears, and the order is marked as paid without any manual reconciliation on your side.Pay-by-bank is best suited for:
  • High-value orders where customers prefer a direct bank payment
  • B2B transactions where card payments are less common
  • Customers who do not have a card or prefer not to use one online
Funds settle to your registered Zenso bank account according to your settlement schedule.
If you already use a payment gateway outside of Zenso, or need a provider not covered by Zenso’s built-in methods, you can connect it through the Zentrix Cloud integrations catalogue.
  1. Go to Integrations > Payments.
  2. Browse or search for your payment provider.
  3. Click the provider and follow the connection steps, which typically involve entering your API credentials.
Once connected, the third-party provider appears as a payment option at checkout alongside any Zenso methods you have enabled.
Third-party provider terms and conditions apply in addition to Zentrix Cloud’s Terms of Service. Review your provider’s pricing, settlement timelines, and dispute policies before enabling them for customers.
Enabling multiple payment methods gives customers more choice at checkout and can significantly reduce cart and checkout abandonment. Consider enabling at least one card option, one QR option, and pay-by-bank to cover the broadest range of customer preferences.
