Your Zentrix Cloud checkout gives customers the flexibility they expect — delivery to their door, pickup from a branch, and multiple payment options including card, QR, and pay-by-bank. Everything is configured from a single settings area, with no third-party checkout platform required.

Fulfilment Options

Zentrix Cloud supports two fulfilment methods at checkout: local delivery and store pickup. You can enable both, or restrict to whichever suits your operations. Local delivery presents customers with a delivery address field and shows applicable shipping rates based on the zones you’ve defined. Only customers within your configured delivery zones will see this option. Store pickup lets customers choose a branch to collect their order from. When an order is placed, it is automatically routed to the branch the customer selected, and staff at that branch are notified to prepare it. Toggle each fulfilment option on or off under Online Store > Checkout > Fulfilment. You can also override fulfilment availability at the individual product level — for example, disabling delivery for bulky items that can only be collected in store.
A streamlined checkout reduces cart abandonment. Enable only the fulfilment options that are genuinely available to your customers — showing delivery to an area you don’t cover, or pickup at a branch that isn’t prepared, creates a poor experience and increases support queries.

Payment Options

Zenso Payments is built directly into Zentrix Cloud, so there’s no separate payment gateway to configure. The following payment methods are available out of the box:
  • Card payments — Visa, Mastercard, and other major schemes.
  • QR payments — customers scan a QR code to complete payment via their preferred wallet or banking app.
  • Pay-by-bank — a direct bank transfer initiated from the checkout without entering card details.
Enable or disable individual payment methods under Settings > Payments. All Zenso payment methods are subject to the transaction fees outlined in your Zentrix Cloud plan. If you work with a third-party payment provider, you can connect it from the Integrations section. Third-party providers appear alongside Zenso Payments at checkout, giving customers the choice of method.

Checkout Extensions

Beyond fulfilment and payments, you can extend your checkout with apps from the Integrations section. Common checkout extensions include:
  • Gift card redemption — allow customers to apply gift card codes at checkout.
  • Loyalty point redemption — let customers spend loyalty points against their order total.
  • Upsell and cross-sell prompts — surface related products before the customer confirms their order.
  • Address validation — reduce failed deliveries by verifying shipping addresses in real time.
