Payment Channels
Zenso works wherever you sell, so you never need to manage separate payment accounts for different parts of your business.Supported Methods
- Card
- QR Code
- Pay-by-Bank
Accept Visa and Mastercard at POS counters and through your online checkout. Card payments are enabled by default once Zenso is active on your account. Customers can tap, swipe, insert, or enter card details manually for online orders.
Reconciliation
All transactions are recorded in real time in your Zentrix Cloud dashboard under Payments > Transactions. Every payment, refund, and failed attempt appears in the log the moment it occurs — no manual imports or end-of-day syncing needed. Use the filters to narrow your view by:- Date range — review a specific day, week, or custom period
- Branch — isolate transactions from a single location
- Counter — drill down to a specific POS terminal
- Payment method — compare volume across card, QR, and pay-by-bank
Refunds
You can issue a full or partial refund against any completed transaction directly from your Zentrix Cloud dashboard. Refunds are returned to the customer’s original payment method — card, QR, or bank — and the transaction record updates automatically to show the refunded amount. No manual adjustments or external tools are required. See Zenso for step-by-step refund instructions.Webhooks
Zenso sends real-time event notifications to a URL you control whenever a payment is completed, a payment fails, or a refund is issued. This keeps your back-end systems, fulfilment pipelines, and accounting tools in sync without polling the Zentrix Cloud API. Supported events:payment.completed, payment.failed, refund.issued.
See Zenso for endpoint setup, payload examples, and signature verification.
