The Manage Bookings area of Zentrix Cloud lets you handle appointments from creation through checkout. You can add bookings manually, adjust them as plans change, and check in customers when they arrive so the appointment connects directly to a sale.
Bookings is in Beta. Exact button labels and workflow steps may vary. Refer to the in-app UI for the current layout.

Create a booking manually

1

Open Bookings and start a new appointment

From the Zentrix Cloud admin sidebar, select Bookings (Beta). Then choose the option to add or create a new booking.
2

Select the service

Pick the service the customer wants from your configured list. The duration and price should prefill based on the service setup.
3

Choose a date, time, and staff member

Pick an available slot from the calendar. The system shows staff who are assigned to this service and free at that time.
4

Add the customer

Search for an existing customer or add a new record. This links the booking to your Customers module for future reference.
5

Save the booking

Confirm the details and save. The appointment appears on the shared calendar and in any relevant staff assignments.

Confirm, reschedule, or cancel

1

Open the appointment record

From the bookings list or calendar, select the appointment you want to update.
2

Update the status

Use the available actions to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the booking. If rescheduling, pick a new date and time from the calendar.
3

Notify the customer

If the system supports automated messages through Zensios, a notification may be sent. Otherwise, follow up directly with the customer.
Canceling a booking may remove the appointment from the calendar and staff schedule. If a linked sale was already created, check the Sales module to handle any refund or return separately.

Check in a customer

1

Locate the arrival

When the customer arrives, find their booking in the calendar or bookings list for today.
2

Start check-in

Select the check-in action. The exact label may vary, such as “Check In” or “Start Appointment.”
3

Complete the linked sale

Check-in creates a linked sale in the Sales module. Open the sale to take payment through Zenso, apply discounts, or add products to the same transaction.
Because Zentrix Cloud connects all modules, a checked-in booking updates Products stock if items were added, records takings in Accounting, and appears in Analytics as a completed service sale.
