Zentrix Cloud Accounting (Beta) gives you a connected view of your business finances. Because every module shares the same data, a sale at the point of sale or a completed booking automatically updates your takings, stock, and accounting records in one place. This page introduces what you can do in Accounting and how to move on to detailed reporting.
Accounting is currently in Beta. Some labels and layouts may change as the module evolves. Check the in-app UI for the latest options.

What you can do in Accounting

  • Daily takings — See a running summary of income from Sales and Bookings for each branch and across all branches.
  • Payment reconciliation — Match transactions against Zenso payments (card, QR, and pay-by-bank) so your settled amounts line up with your records.
  • Tax summaries — Review tax collected and tax owed based on activity recorded in the system.
  • Expense records — Log and categorize business expenses to keep your profit and loss current.

How data flows into Accounting

Zentrix Cloud is one connected admin. When a team member processes a sale, completes a service booking, or receives a refund, the transaction details feed directly into Accounting. You do not need to re-enter sales data manually. If you operate multiple branches, each branch records its own takings and expenses, and consolidated reports roll everything up for the whole business.
