Zentrix Cloud Accounting (Beta) includes built-in reports that turn your connected sales, booking, and expense data into downloadable summaries. You can filter by branch and date range, then export results for your accountant, tax filing, or internal review. This page covers the main reports and how to use them.
Accounting is currently in Beta. Report names and export formats may vary. Check the in-app UI for the latest options.

Available reports

Sales report

A breakdown of income from POS sales and bookings. Filter by branch, staff, product category, and date range.

Tax summary

Tax collected and tax owed based on recorded transactions. Useful for periodic tax filing and compliance checks.

Cash-up report

A reconciliation-style summary of expected cash and actual takings to help you close out a shift or day.

Payment method breakdown

How much income came through each Zenso method (card, QR, pay-by-bank) and any other recorded payment types.

How to generate and export a report

1

Open Accounting reports

From the admin sidebar, go to Accounting (Beta) and open the reports area.
2

Choose a report

Select the report you need, such as sales, tax, cash-up, or payment method breakdown.
3

Set filters

Pick a date range and branch. If you run a single branch, the default is usually your main location.
4

Preview the results

Review the on-screen summary to confirm the numbers match your expectations before exporting.
5

Export

Download the report in the available format for your records or to share with your accountant.
If you use multi-branch, run the report once per branch for location-specific details, then run the consolidated view for the whole business.

Common use cases

  • End-of-day close — Run the cash-up report to compare expected takings against actuals before signing off.
  • Weekly review — Export the sales report to see which products and services drove the most revenue.
  • Tax filing — Use the tax summary to prepare returns with confidence that the numbers match your recorded transactions.
  • Reconciliation — Check the payment method breakdown against your Zenso settlement notifications to spot any gaps.
