# Build and Organize Your Product Catalog

> Add products individually or import via CSV, organize by category and collection, add images, and publish items to your Zentrix Cloud storefront.

The Catalog is where you create and organize the products you sell. A well-structured catalog makes it easier for staff to find items at the point of sale and for customers to browse your storefront.

## Add a product

    In the Products module, open the Catalog section and select the option to add a new product.

  <Step title="Enter product details">
    Fill in the product name, description, and base price. Assign the product to a category so it appears in the right place on your storefront.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Add images">
    Upload product images. If you have product shots from the Photobooth module, you can use those here.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save and publish">
    Save the product. Choose whether to publish it to your storefront immediately or keep it as a draft.

## Import products in bulk

If you are migrating from a spreadsheet or another system, use the CSV import to add many products at once.

    In the Catalog, find the import option and download the CSV template.

  <Step title="Fill in your data">
    Add product names, SKUs, prices, categories, and stock quantities. Keep the column headers exactly as shown in the template.

  <Step title="Upload the file">
    Return to the Catalog, select the import option, and upload your completed CSV. Review any validation messages before confirming.

## Organize with categories and collections

Categories group products by type (for example, Clothing or Electronics). Collections are curated groups you can use for promotions or seasonal highlights.

    In the Catalog settings, add a new category and give it a clear name.

  <Step title="Assign products">
    Edit a product and select the category it belongs to. You can change this at any time.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Build a collection">
    Create a collection and manually add products to it, or set rules so products are added automatically based on criteria like price or tag.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Use collections for seasonal campaigns. A "Summer Sale" collection can be featured on your storefront without changing your main category structure.

## Publish to your storefront

Once a product is saved and set to visible, it appears in your Storefront. If you are using the New Storefront module, check that product there to confirm images and descriptions display correctly.
