# Customise and Publish Your Zentrix Cloud Storefront

> Set up your branded online storefront in Zentrix Cloud. Add your logo, choose a theme, organise collections, and publish your store.

Your Zentrix Cloud storefront is your brand's home online. From the moment a customer lands on your store to the point they complete a purchase, every screen carries your visual identity. Follow the steps below to set up and publish your storefront.

  <Step title="Brand Your Store">
    Go to **Online Store > Appearance** to upload your logo and set your brand colours. These are applied consistently across your storefront, checkout pages, and order confirmation emails — so your customers always see a coherent brand experience.

  <Step title="Organise Your Products">
    Group your products into Collections to help customers browse. Create collections like "Women's Shoes", "New Arrivals", or "Sale Items" under **Online Store > Collections**. Any product already added to your Zentrix Cloud catalogue is available to add to one or more collections — no need to re-enter product data.

  <Step title="Configure Your Domain">
    Connect a custom domain to your store under **Online Store > Domains**. If you already own a domain, follow the DNS configuration instructions shown in the portal. If you don't yet have a domain, you can purchase one through Zentrix Cloud or use your automatically provisioned Zentrix subdomain (for example, `yourstore.zentrixcloud.com`) while you set things up.

  <Step title="Set Shipping Zones">
    Define the regions you deliver to and the rates that apply under **Online Store > Shipping**. You can create multiple zones — for example, a local zone with a flat fee and a national zone with weight-based pricing. Zones you define here also determine where local delivery is available.

  <Step title="Preview and Publish">
    Before going live, use the **Preview** tool to walk through your storefront as a customer would — check that collections display correctly, your branding looks right, and product pages are complete. When you're satisfied, click **Publish** to make your store publicly accessible.

<Tip>
  If you purchase a domain through Zentrix Cloud, automatic renewal is enabled by default. Check your domain settings under **Online Store > Domains** to confirm your renewal preferences and ensure your store stays online without interruption.

<Note>
  You are responsible for ensuring your storefront includes accurate contact information, a refund and returns policy, and a shipping policy before you begin accepting orders. These are typically added as pages or footer links under **Online Store > Pages**. Zentrix Cloud does not generate or validate these policies on your behalf.
