# Online Store: Launch and Sell Online with Zentrix Cloud

## How It Connects to POS

Zentrix Cloud treats your online store and physical branches as one connected system, not separate channels.

**Stock levels update at the right branch.** When a customer places an online order, inventory is deducted from the branch assigned to fulfil it — whether that's your warehouse, your nearest store, or the branch the customer selected for pickup. There's no risk of overselling stock that's already been sold at the counter.

**Loyalty points are consistent everywhere.** Points earned on an online order are visible the next time a customer checks out at your POS counter — and vice versa. Your loyalty programme works as a single scheme across all touchpoints.

**Pickup orders route to the correct branch.** When a customer selects store pickup at checkout, the order is automatically assigned to the branch they chose. Staff at that branch see it in their Orders view and prepare it for collection.
