# Bookings: Manage Service Appointments in Zentrix Cloud

> Learn how Zentrix Cloud Bookings connects service appointments with your shared calendar, staff, and sales data. This Beta module helps you schedule and track appointments alongside product sales.

The Bookings module in Zentrix Cloud lets you accept, schedule, and manage service appointments from one connected admin. Because every module shares the same data, a confirmed booking can automatically create a linked sale, update staff assignments, and feed into your consolidated reports.

Bookings is currently in Beta. Features and labels may change as the module evolves. If you notice something unexpected, refresh the page or check the in-app announcements for updates.

## What you can do

* **Set up bookable services** with a name, duration, price, and assigned staff.
* **View a shared calendar** that shows appointments across branches so you avoid double bookings.
* **Manage appointments** by creating, confirming, rescheduling, or canceling bookings.
* **Check in customers** when they arrive to start the appointment and generate a linked sale.
* **Connect with other modules** so bookings reflect in Sales, My Assignments, and Analytics.

## Multi-branch support

If you operate more than one branch, each location can have its own services, staff, and calendar. Consolidated reporting rolls up booking data across branches so you can see total appointment volume and revenue in one view.
