# Enable Zenso Payments: Card, QR, and Pay-by-Bank

> Enable Zenso in Zentrix Cloud to accept card, QR, and pay-by-bank payments across POS and Storefront. Manage payouts and process refunds.

Zenso is the built-in payment layer in Zentrix Cloud. Once enabled, you can accept card, QR, and pay-by-bank payments at the point of sale and in your Storefront. All transactions flow back into Accounting automatically, and you can manage payouts and refunds from one place.

  <Step title="Enable Zenso in Apps">
    Open the **Apps** module from the admin sidebar. Find Zenso in the available apps list and select it to begin activation.

  <Step title="Complete onboarding">
    Follow the setup flow to connect your business bank account and verify your identity. This step is required before you can accept live payments.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Set payment methods">
    Choose which methods to offer: card, QR, and pay-by-bank. You can enable all three or limit options by channel. For example, you might offer QR in-store and card online.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Configure payouts">
    Set your payout schedule and confirm the bank account where funds will be deposited. Review the summary of fees and settlement timing before saving.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Process refunds">
    When you need to refund a customer, open the original transaction in Sales or Orders and select the refund option. Zenso handles the return to the customer's original payment method.

<Tip>
  If you operate multiple branches, you can link each branch to the same Zenso account or request separate settlement routing per branch during setup.

  Refunds can only be issued against settled transactions. Attempting to refund a pending payment may be blocked.
