# ZenAI: Ask Business Questions in Plain English

> ZenAI answers business questions using your live Zentrix Cloud data. Learn how to ask questions, interpret responses, and pin answers to your dashboard.

ZenAI is the AI assistant inside Zentrix Cloud. It reads your live business data and answers questions in plain English. You can ask about sales, products, customers, or branch performance, and ZenAI returns answers based on the current state of your connected modules.

    From the admin sidebar, select **ZenAI**. The assistant panel opens alongside your current screen or in a dedicated view depending on your layout.

  <Step title="Ask a question">
    Type a business question in plain English. For example:

    * "What was my best-selling product last week?"
    * "Which branch had the highest refunds this month?"
    * "How many repeat customers do I have?"

  <Step title="Review the response">
    ZenAI returns a summary, chart, or table drawn from your live data. Check the date range and filters shown to confirm the scope of the answer.

  <Step title="Pin the answer">
    If you want to keep the result visible, use the pin option to add it to your dashboard or save it for later reference.

<Tip>
  Be specific with date ranges and branches in your questions. "What were sales in Branch A last Monday?" returns a more precise answer than "What were sales?"
