# Migrate Your Existing Business Data to Zentrix Cloud

> Bring your product catalogue, customer data, and sales history from your existing tools to Zentrix Cloud without starting from scratch.

Switching to Zentrix Cloud doesn't mean starting over. You can import your existing products, customer records, and historical data so your business continues without interruption. The import tools are designed to work with standard CSV exports from most retail and point-of-sale systems.

## What You Can Import

Zentrix Cloud supports importing the following data from your existing tools:

* **Product catalogue** — Product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, and SKUs.
* **Customer list** — Customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, and loyalty points.
* **Historical order data** — Past orders for use in sales reporting and analytics.

## How to Import

    Go to **Settings > Import** in your Zentrix Cloud dashboard.

  <Step title="Download the CSV template">
    Download the CSV template for the data type you want to import — **Products**, **Customers**, or **Orders**.

  <Step title="Prepare your data">
    Fill in the template with your existing data, or export data directly from your current system and map it to the template columns.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Upload and preview">
    Upload the completed file and review the import preview to confirm the data looks correct before committing.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the import">
    Confirm the import. Zentrix Cloud processes the file and flags any rows with errors for your review so you can correct and re-import them.

  Run a test import with a small sample of 10–20 products before importing your full catalogue. This helps you catch any column mapping issues early and gives you confidence the full import will go smoothly.
